Erwin Park

it was chilly in the morning which made for some painfull lungs. started feeling sick about 1/3 of the way through, but did well once i got through that. we kept a steady pace, but not too aggresive. only time we stopped to rest was when clint crashed about 1.5-2 miles in.

we rode erwin park in mckinney for the first time. great trail. i thought i was going to die on the crazy downhill with the big roots. its the first time i've actually got really scared on my mountain bike. i thought i was to die.
